Presented by Tom O’Brien from Oregon City.
Tom recently spent five weeks exploring various towns and villages in the Mosel and Rhein valleys in Europe, and walking in the villages of his ancestors. He is always adding new topics to his speaker list and has been researching his family lines since 1986.
To is a volunteer Research Assistant at the Genealogical Forum of Oregon and is active at the GFO with the German, Illinois, Irish, and Computer Interest Groups. He has conducted presentation on a wide range of subjects to numerous genealogical groups.
When asked about this Internet site, Tom said, “with all the new features and digital images that are weekly finding their way to FamilySearch.org, it will be worthwhile to visit this site.”
