David Devin has been a member of the Sons of the American Revolution for over 18 years. He is currently the Vice-president of the Oregon Society S.A.R. And the Treasurer for the Republic Chapter (Salem) S.A.R as well as a member of the color guard for the chapter and state. He is past president of the Oregon Society and has held every officer position in the Republic Chapter.
David tells us about the history, mission, and organization of the Sons of the American Revolution. He explains who can join and how to join. He will also talk about the many projects and community services sponsored by the S.A.R.
Jeanne Barnes from the Daughters of the American Revolution will speak about DAR’s purpose, membership and the service they bring to communities.
