The Hale/Syracuse Cemetery is located just East of the Dever-Conner overpass on Interstate 5, north of Albany, Oregon, was established in 1850. There are over 25 plots containing over 45 individuals. The condition of the cemetery is poor, but it contains burials as early as 1852, before Oregon became a state. One of the individuals buried there is claimed to be the first white child bron in Linn County.
