Welcome to the Linn Genealogical Society's Cemetery Page. Below, you'll find a list of Linn County's cemeteries. Simply click on the name of a cemetery shown below and you'll be taken to it. Please be aware that: 1) This is a work in progress; further cemeteries will added as time goes by; 2) Cemetery indexes were as complete as possible as of the dates they were indexed; further interrments may have taken place since then and; 3) Though every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, we are but human and mistakes may have inadvertantly occured.

There are two kinds of listings on our Cemetery Pages. They are:

1) Cemeteries whose text-based indexes have been posted on our web-site. The listings for such a cemetery may be more comprehensive than a simple index; if the names in the index are underlined and in blue or red, clicking on the name will take you to more extensive information regarding that individual (if available) and may include:

Birth and Death Information
Marriage Information
Oregon Land Claim Donation Information
Notes and Miscellaneous Information
Information Sources (if listed)

2) Cemeteries whose comprehensive archives have been posted to our web-site. Such cemeteries will include maps or diagrams of the cemetery showing the location of the cemetery, the layout of plots and graves within the cemetery and, below the diagram, a table containing the names of those buried in that cemetery. If the names in the table are underlined and in blue or red, clicking on the name will take you to more extensive information regarding that individual (if available), which will appear at the top of your browser window and may include the kinds of information shown in the list above above.
